We are using Maas360 to manage Samsung devices, and have deployed the TeamViewer Host to all new devices. We were able Initiate Remote Support and choose Unattended Access. But then our trial license expired, so we purchased licenses. Now we are not getting the option for Unattended Access. Any recommendations?
