I messed up. I created a new account and activated a new Enterprise license, only to discover that I must have made a Typo in the email address or something, because the account activation never came through, and I can’t figure out the mistake I made! Oh, and yes, I stupidly closed the windows...
I need to get my license moved to the valid account, and delete the bad one. Typical that it’s 5PM Pacific time.
Hopefully someone sees this – because I can’t create a ticket when I’m on a Free account - and I can't figure out the "bad" account that's now on an Enterprise license!
Hopefully someone can help me.
