(SOLVED) Reinstalled Laptop cant receive incoming teamviewer sessions.

Hi my laptop cant receive incoming sessions anymore. Its not the fire wall, outgoing sessions work fine. But i just cant get in from an other PC while the Laptop has online status in teamviewer.

I use the full free private version with a master account in all computers. so clicking the computername normally connects straight away. But now i cant anymore.

Im trying for many hours but cant seem te find the problem.

Anyone an idea how to resolve this?

Iff there is stuff you need to know just ask.

Teamviewer 15.21.8 64 bit on all computers

Just installed teamviewer 14 for the last try it did not help anything.

After upgrading in app again to 15 allthings worked fine for this computer(laptop) in and outgoing are fine now.

Problem Solved, what the problem were i dont know but im happy it works now.

Hi, i did the steps as you asked but it makes no difference.

I just cant get an incoming connection with either the remote ID and Password or with the user account contact list.

All my clients just tell me orange dot, Busy connecting (Bezig met verbinding maken, in Dutch). Dont get an error in the 10 minutes i waited, but just turns in to green dot ready for connection.

When i try to make a connection i see the laptop make a waitingloop mousecursor for about 1 or 2 seconds but doenst answer the connection. Chat messages do come trough and out going is fine to.

Router, Firewall all are allowing teamviewer and even hard open ports did not help.

Also disable from firewall did not help, windows config is exactly the same as on my other 6 systems who do work fine.

Screenshot is not gonna help in my oppinion.

Thank you for contacting TeamViewer Community.

Please kindly to check TeamViewer ID and the password.

If both password and TeamViewer ID are correct, please restart TeamViewer services. On Windows, completely close the remote TeamViewer including restarting the TeamViewer service. (Start --> run --> services.msc -> find TeamViewer and restart it)

If this doesn't improve the connection, please reply this massage with a screenshot of the error message.
