I have a client that was using a personal version of TV(paid) prior to my company implementing TeamViewer (TV) as our remote assistance/control option. now she is unable to access her work pc from home.
Is it possible for her to be able to use her account to log into the pc when we are not remotely connected? we are using TV with our ninja management system.
If so what is her process for being able to access her PC without issues.
