I have a client that was using a personal version of TV(paid) prior to my company implementing TeamViewer (TV) as our remote assistance/control option. now she is unable to access her work pc from home.

Is it possible for her to be able to use her account to log into the pc when we are not remotely connected? we are using TV with our ninja management system.

If so what is her process for being able to access her PC without issues.

It's not possible to use multiple TeamViewer accounts on the same pc.

What about simply logging in and out again? Pretty simple solution but I cannot really understand what you're trying to accomplish.

Just log in when you need to access her system and help her.

If you are operating from PC A to PC B (Work PC) and you are logged in with your company account on those two (A, B) now she wants to connect to PC B (Work PC) from PC C (Home) while logged in with her own account, you can simply add that computer to the computer & contacts list while putting the personal password in there, that you can set up in the settings. That way, you both can access that device.

Let me know if I understood that correctly and correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, this will work. This is a long way around the issue but that will do. I use a corporate account and she uses a personal account. we will simply have to log out and let her use her personal account.
