which is okay, our customers should update reguarly we think.
But on older machines with Vista or even XP you can never update to a higher version. So we can not help them att all.
And now that this restriction to older versions is effective we even can not help them update to highest possible version because they generaly need admin rights to do that.
How can we make contact for let say 5 minutes to upgrade TV to highest possible?
