Connectivity Issues

I keep getting Error Code: WaitforConnectFailed.. i am starting to believe this is an issue on teamviewers side. Its happening with random devices i connect to.. sometimes i can connected 2-3 times in a row no problem.. then the connection failures over and over.. even if i reboot the machine it still happens.. What is going on? This is driving me nuts

Yes I believe we are having the same issue

I am having the same issue. It seems to have started with the upgrade to 15.21.8. It will connect sometime but then get the Error code WaitforConnectFailed. If I reboot my PC it will connect again. This is very frustrating. I hope the support team can come up with an answer soon.

I was having this issue and thought it was because I had upgraded the Teamviewer software. As it turns out I had also upgraded the firmware on my NetGear NightHawk R6700V3 router. After working with Netgear for several days they had me go back to an older version of the firmware and that fixed the problem. The version with the problem was 1.0.4.120 the working version is 1.0.4.106.
