Updating outdated TeamViewers

Hey all!

I noticed that after the September 15th, some of our clients Teamviewers were outdated and can't be connected anymore. Is there any way to update those TeamViewers without connecting ?

Hello @ElectroWaves,

Before the 15th of September, you should have updated your clients remotely. Now you need your clients to manually update their TeamViewer clients. Please find the supported versions below:
