So I have a few systems I manage that is having this issue, it is highly frustrating.
Both computers are running TeamViewer 15.21.8 (32-bit)
I have the remote PC setup for Unattended Access, and months ago it was working flawlessly. Anytime that PC was rebooted, and I needed to access it I could always get in with no issues what-so-ever.
We had some issues with the computer and it was rolled back to an earlier state.
Now, when I attempt to connect it is hit or miss if I can authenticate. The user on the other side will exit teamviewer then re-open it, I'll try again, and it works sometimes.... Nothing else was changed except for closing the remote teamviewer program then re-opening it. Sometimes this takes 20 times for it to work properly.
I have the TeamViewer log file of the last time this happened. Who can I send it to have it analyzed and tell me why the connection cannot happen 100% of the time?
