Unable to wake PC

Hello,

Have spent several days configuring the PC, router and TeamViewer settings to allow Wake-on-LAN. Was able to wake PC from my laptop's TeamViewer screen yesterday. Went to a neighbor's house performed fine from that location. Today I'm not able to perform wake function. I can connect fine from laptop when PC is on but not able to wake remotely. No settings have changed that I know of....any thoughts...thanks Bob

I've checked and confirmed the following:

a. BIOS wake-on-lan enabled

b. static IP set

c. network card accepting magic packet

d. deactivated fast startup

e. configured port fowarding in router (port 9)

f. TeamViewer...options wake-on-lan configure.. enter public address and port 9

On laptop (when PC is asleep): Computers and connections...Click on PC designation (alias is correct)...click Wake up button (button appears to accept command) but no result

Green light on bottom of TeamViewer screen says Ready to connect (secure connection)
