We had some Teamviewer 9 licenses and some of the accounts using those licenses have been disabled. Those users get the message "Your account is disabled, please contact your company’s administrator for further assistance."
We have since obtained a new corporate license but those version 9 users have yet to join the company, so I cannot manage them. We can't enable the accounts because they aren't part of the company account and cannot add them to our company because they are disabled. How do we get by this? Any help is appreciated.
