Remote via LAN to CentOS 7 based Teamviewer

Hello. I just setup a CentOS 7 PC with Teamviewer. Already setup to accept incoming LAN connection, but I could not connect to that PC via IP address. The PC gets the IP address from the router, so that I can ping the PC and the PC can connect to the Internet. Hence I could only remote the PC via Internet connection.

I connect to that PC from a laptop with Kubuntu 20.04, which can connect to another 3 sets of Kubuntu 20.04 based Teamviewer, both via LAN or Internet.

Another sign is that I could not see the IP Address the PC acquired from the Router, but I can ping the PC, the PC can browse the internet, and I can find the IP assigned to that PC from the Router list.

What should I do the have this Connect via LAN working again ?
