How can remote to my PC, if i forget password of Window 10?

I had login TV on my PC.

Normal , I can remote to my PC with TV account without login of window.

But after restart my PC, TV can't login to my PC.

But Now,I forget password of Window 10.

Can we login to window with TV account?

Current TV can remote to login Screen and still can copy file to my PC.
