We currently subscribe to a Corporate TeamViewer license for accessing our control systems and allow our suppliers (external company) to access to our control systems for support.
One of these suppliers doesn't want to subscribe a TeamViewer license. They use a free license and they are disconnected every 5mn. They menace to stop to support us if we don't find a solution.
Is there any plan where the cost of our suppliers would be covered by our license. Or is there a possibility to lend a license to this supplier just for the duration of the access?
