Login does not work, no cancellation options on the login portal. No notice of a new charge or subscription. Hiding info on your original bill about auto-renewal. No customer care when contacted after I noticed they have taken over £450 off my credit card.

Taking further. This is an illegal practice.

Regarding Cancellations, cancellations are submitted via ticket, as mentioned on the original invoice:
