License has already been activated on another company
Hi guys,
We have a web monitoring module license.
I'm the admin of the account.
A few days ago I accidentally changed the TeamViwewer company name and since then I can't apply the license for the company profile.
I'm get error message: "License has already been activated on another company"
In addition, when I try to change the company name to the correct name - I get an error that such a company already exists.
What should I do?

This means that your license is not correctly activated on your account.
Please activate first your license by following the procedure of the article below and then you will be able to submit a ticket:

I have checked in our backend - your Web Monitoring license is correctly activated on your TeamViewer account and a company profile has been created, called M***f.
Everything looks good - you should be able to use your license.

I don't understand why im getting this error message.
Do you have option to reset this license ? if so i can create a new profile for new company...

In addition-
I think that you link one license per one company name and once it changes - the license no longer available.

i have the same problem and i can't solve it somehow

if you want to activate your license on another account, please contact support ticket/call and ask to unassign the license from your account, also ask to provide a new activation link.
