Is anyone else having problems when trying to remote control on to Android tablets? We use Samsung Tab A devices.
Remote connection works, but the prompt to screen share no longer pops up om the Android devices, so remote access/control for support purposes is no longer possible.
This seems to have been the situation since the weekend of 1st October 2021.
Any suggestions to resolve this?
