problem with a unblocking phone

We have a problem with a unblocking phone (Redmi 9A). When we try to swipe the blocked phone, nothing happens. Also we have a problem with your app Host, it doesnt run in proper way, connect to this app can`t be achieved.

Regarding the Host app, if you can provide more information on what is not run in the proper way, we can try to assist.
