Just within the last several weeks when I open Outlook remotely the scroll bar on the right of the reading panel doesn't work. I had Outlook issues with another remote service but it was worse so I dumped them after weeks and weeks of them trying to solve the issue. I tried a full repair on MS Office 365 and it still doesn't work right. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to fix this????
