Computers appear in 'unknown' group, not there where it set. Why?

Hello,

I have a paid licence, i created a customized TW host where i set "Automatically add computers to a group in your Computers list" to an exist group: New-clients. After i installed this customized host on a client computer, thereafter assigned TW host to my TW account, the computer appeared in incorrect 'unknown', unknown1', or something already existing (but improper) group, but not in the selected group. Why?

Previously - approx a year ago - it worked properly.

Group share and access is right.

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the TeamViewer community!

Could you please verify in the custom Host settings in Design & Deploy in the Management Console still correctly show the group name?

This usually has something to do with the selected group, so we want to make sure the settings appear ok first and foremost. If the group has changed in some way, it can confuse the automatic assignment process.

Please re-select the correct group even if it shows correctly, save, and then try a new installation again.

If the device you are using has a version of TeamViewer already installed on it, please uninstall it completely, including removing the TeamViewer settings.

Yes I tried reselect the folder, also tried another folder (i have 20-25 group). Tried delete and recreate the custom host package. I tried to install it on multiple computers. Our account has 2 user, i tried both.

I think I tried every opportunity.
