We purchased TV & Mobile add on to help support a software roll-out on ios. I use TV on Windows 10 and view the ios devices remotely.
During the roll-out, every time a user connects to TV via quick support app on ios, and we're on the phone at the same time, the connection drops.
I have tested this and can make it crash out every time. Typically a user calls me, we establish connection, 30 seconds later the TV connection drops. Or, I can establish a TV connection, make a call, and the connection drops. The ordering of events doesn't matter - it's the combination of using TV on ios and making a phone call at the same time.
The behaviour is the same no mater what - make a phone call while using TV on ios and the app drops the connection.
Any help would be appreciated.
