How to fix Teamviewer so that the mouse functions properly on the connected laptops?

Hey, I have connected my Mac laptop to another window laptop. The connection works well, however, I could not click or do anything once I am connected. The mouse can be moved and the laptop is functioning and such but I could not click on anything to control the connected laptop. Please help. Thank you!

Hello @Saweh,

Based on the decription you provided, I would suggest for you to try Disable the remote input.

Use your Mac laptop to connect to the Windows laptop --> on the top toolbar, click Actions ---> Disable remote input --> See if you can move the mouse.

If this don't fix the problem, I would recommend double check the Advanced Options on both devices to see if the permissions are set as Full Access
