For a case like yours, if you did not save the recovery code, you can:
Important reminder: By requesting to delete your account all data will be lost. So, whenever you recreate the account with the same email, it will be a brand new account.
If you locate your 16 digits recovery code, click this link to deactivate your two-factor authentication.
