teamviewer stuck at authenticating

Im am unable to connect my windows PC to and from another PC that is not on the same network all of a sudden

I have tried reinstalling teamviewer on both computers, resetting both computers, ensuring the firewall settings allow teamviewer.

I am able to connect to a different computer that IS ON my same network (i will call PC 3333). Also having this exact same issue when trying teamviewer from my iphone app. HOWEVER, using the iphone app, I am able to connect to the PC 3333 but not on the first PC on the same network or the second PC outside my network.

The advanced settings look like they allow connection

Solution: I had multifactor authentication with iphones on and had gotten new phones so it may have been alerting me on the old phone i dont have
