how do I speak to someone?

I have a free account, and a paid one.

TV are trying to renew, but sending email to a defunct address, so renewal is not happening.

There seems to be no way to get human contact........

    Thanks for your post. Sorry to hear you are having trouble getting a hold of support.

    For a contact change (to update where an invoice is sent), our support team can definitely assist.

    You can reach out to support in one of two ways:

    1. You can contact support via phone using local numbers found here
    2. You can also submit a ticket using your licensed account, using the instructions found here

    Please note, as mentioned in the above article, if you attempt to access the ticket portal using your free account, you will be reverted to the community. If this happens, sign out of the free account here and then try again.

    alas, I know the uid but not the pwd, so can't log in. Have now submitted a ticket via accounts. fingers crossed.
