I have a free account, and a paid one.
TV are trying to renew, but sending email to a defunct address, so renewal is not happening.
There seems to be no way to get human contact........
alas, I know the uid but not the pwd, so can't log in. Have now submitted a ticket via accounts. fingers crossed.
