This morning I saw that Teamviewer had auto installed an update and since then I have been unable to connect to a pc I have have remote access too. I receive a response stating that the other user needs to accept my request, which never happend before. I then managed to have someone login on the the pc I want to access and accept the request. I then got access to the screen but was unable to take control, I could see my mouse move but I could not select anything, the mouse pointer also looked different, it was much bigger than normal.
I managed to updated Teamviewer on the PC i want to access (auto update was off) but now the same thing happens, I still cannot gain control. Easy access is on, I am logged in to teamviewer on both accounts.
I can only get limited help at the location of the pc I need to access. Everything was working fine for weeks until this new update. Is there an easy way to fix this or to just downgrade back to previous version?
