Managed Device count is not updating

Does anyone know how long it takes for the Managed Device count to update after removing devices from the account? I had an alert to say i had exceeded my number of managed devices so removed the unused ones to fall below my quota but still showing the original count.

I checked internally and the Managed Devices Widget will be updated every 12 hours as of now.

Bullying paying customers by disrupting users attempting to make a remote connection, literally the week before Thanksgiving, is inexcusable. Limiting use based on payment is fine, but surprising customers in this manner, in my opinion, is hostile and devious. This shows malicious planning intended to catch people unaware and trap customers into paying a RANSOM.

I just got off the phone with my account manager and I have never been this angry with TeamViewer. Using language suitable for this situation would likely get me banned, so I will be civil.

We are having similar issues. We recently renewed our license and this was never mentioned.

And my account manager is not answering my calls.

I was allowed 1000 managed devices yesterday. Today I only get 500.

No idea what happened, but now we are getting emails from TeamViewer saying the users of our license will receive pop up messages regarding the excess use.

They are greedy and forcing many paid users to leave by suddenly setting this limit. 15 days is not enough time to remove inactive machines being counted as a device. Also charging for extra devices is a joke. I am so disappointed with TV.....
