Hello
I have managed to create a customized QuickSupport where I am default assignee. If any user open that QS, the case is assigned to me and I can immediatelly connect my user.
What if I have more colleagues in IT support team. I would like if user run QS, the case is not assigned to me, but everybody with opened Teamviewer can assigned the case to himself and connect the user.
How to do it?
