Hi, I'm trying to connect to my dad's iphone xr using my iphone 8 plus and I'm hoping someone can direct me to a video that I can follow. My dad opens quicksupport, clicks "allow," and we get stuck at the next step. I tried having him open the control center and click and hold the record bullseye, then click teamviwer. At that point there is something at the top of his screen that shows he's recording, but he can't get back to the team viewer program. Any video recommendations that can walk me through this? He's in another state so I can't be on his phone with him to help him connect. Thanks!
