When we opening remote access via TeamViewer using the ability to set a permanent password for connection, do any signs appear in the registry Windows about the this setting?

Yes, the permanent password is encrypted within the Windows registry. You can find it via the following path:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\TeamViewer
