Where do I apply scripts against my account?

Good morning... I need to thin out my outdated users within my console.  I've found some scripts such as, 
.\Remove-TeamViewerOutdatedDevice -ExpiryDate 2018-12-31 -WhatIf

Where do I go to apply and run these scripts?
