Transfer License to another account

We purchased a licence and applied to an email attached to an existing corporate account but subsequently Teamviewer changed the login process and the this account is being forced through Microsoft 2FA and corporate policy rejects the login. There is a checkbox that suggests this can be bypassed but this does not work.

I need to transfer the licence to another owned email account - how can I request that or who do I contact ?
