how do i minimise the teamviewer task/menu bar? it is ridiculously annoying and horribly placed

The teamviewer menu/task bar is very inconvenient in its location.

You can minimize the toolbar like by clicking the small arrow on the toolbar's right hand side, like on the animation below:
