My father isn't that computer savvy so i have installed TeamViewer onto his laptop and i just log on to solve any issues he has. I'm working away from home at the moment and he has gone and bought a new laptop. For me to get it set up the first thing to do is to get TeamViewer onto his laptop so i can get in. After a lot of confusion on the phone it turns out his computer is running Windows 10S (which i didn't even know existed)! So we downloaded the TeamViewer from the windows market place and got it working
This is the snag the TeamViewer home page on my computer (windows 10 pro) comes up with my computer ID and password and next to it a box to fill i the partners ID. On my fathers laptop the default start up setting is (with the two blue arrows) there is no "my computer ID and password" just the box asking for the partners ID.
So he has the means to access my computer but i cant access his as there is no ID showing.
Can anyone help with this or at least tell me in detail (as i'm going to have to describe what to do over the phone to him!) where i can find his comutpers TeamViewer "my computer ID and password"
Thanks
