Can not install latest teamviewer commercial lic

I have seen this problem before and I have tried all of the solutions , I have disabled antivirus and I run a hardware firewall , no firewall running on PC.

I'm trying to install TeamViewer on a Laptop with Windows 10 Pro 2004 but the instalation hangs on this step "Copy to C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\tvinfo.ini" and after a lot of time I receive the following error from TeamViewer setup and the setup rolls back:

We would really need your patience and help on getting the issue solved🛠.

Can you kindly try the Complete Uninstallation of TeamViewer on your current device please?
get a new download and run a Fresh installation from TeamViewer homepage
if you do encounter any possible issue during the installation, kindly share the error from TeamViewer please.

Tried the uninstall and registry delete of teamviewer but got the same result hangs on "Copy to C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\tvinfo.ini" Then quits with error, TV does not appear on apps list cannot uninstall via control panel have to delete files and edit registry, I am running win10 pro latest update, I have tried disabling AV software and I run an external hardware firewall.
