Downloaded latest version on my new laptop but issue

Can someone help me here?

I downloaded the latest Teamviewer (free version) on my new laptop. Trying to login to another device (POS) which also has Teamviewer. From my old laptop which has the Teamviewer I can login and click on the remote POS with no issues and I can even type.

From my new laptop (I reinstalled Teamviewer again), I can login to remote device with no issues. But when I click on any of the POS terminal button, there is no response. I just see an arrow only. I can move around the remote terminal but I cannot type or enter anything on that remote device. I have attached a screenshot also. I can even show anyone who can tell me what is wrong. I suspect it is a minor setup issue? I need this resolve ASAP.

As you mentioned that you can remotely control from the old device, this case may be fixed by TeamViewer settings on the new laptop!

Could you try the following settings on the new local device, please?

• Click the gear icon ⚙ on the TeamViewer application and open the options window.

• Navigate to Advanced tab --> Advanced settings for connections to other computers --> Access Control and select Full Acess.
• Once choosing Full Acess, click OK for saving the setting.

After implementing the above setting, could you try the remote control on the target device, please?
