Linux - Assign to account - Administrator verification required

I'm running teamviewer 15.25.5 on Kubuntu 21.10, installed as root from the .deb.

When I run it as a user and attempt to assign to account, I get the error message "Administrator verification required". Who is the administrator? Where is verification required?
