I am managing Pro Tools on remote computer and unable to send the key combination Alt+Ctrl+B. I have been able to identify that Alt does not transfer such that the Ctrl+B clears the track instead of bouncing. Thus I am forced to use mouse-menu clicks instead.
Is this a known issue, and is there a solution or workaround?
