We are invoiced yearly via paypal even if we did stop our licence more than 1 year ago.

Impossible to submit a ticket

Impossible to get a response from sales@teamviewer.com

Impossible to have someone in a call

Impossible to have a chat with support

Impossible to get the monney back via Paypal

It is a shame !

Community be carefull and never accept to pay with reccuring payement with Teamviewer.

Please know you can submit a ticket using the instructions found here. As mentioned in the article, a licensed account is required. If you attempt to access the support portal with a free account, you would be reverted to the community:
