Hello,
My understanding is that I need to submit a request to cancel a corporate subscription at least 28 days prior to renewal. Is there a limit to how far out we can submit the request?
If we have, say, 10 months remaining on a subscription, and I place the cancellation request, will our subscription still be active until the end of the paid term?
