Hi, sorry for my english... I'm a free user, i use TeamViewer to control my son's PC when i'm not at home.
If the laptop of my son is closed (but pc still alive, no Hybernate, no Sleep...) the login screen is totally black! If i put pin code blindly and press Enter key the Desktop appears!
Same thing when open Chrome or Edge: withe screen (or window), nothing appears, not even the menù bar but still working!
If laptop is open all works perfectly!
2nd question:
Why if i connect to my son's laptop using internet is possible to save password but, when i'm at home, if i use LAN connection Teamviewer need to enter IP address (set to Static) and manual insert password? Why TW don't use automatically lan connection for machines in same LAN?
