After a few seconds, remote control of another computer no longer works, local view of remote computer freezes. Remote view does not update although remote user confirms that input is being received.
This has been an ongoing issue the last couple of years, occcaisionally fixed by toggling Easy Access off and on again.
Full Access is correctly set up in Advanced Options for both "this computer" and "other computers" at both local and remote sites.
Today, the issue was resolved by downgrading the remote computer TV version from 15.25.8 to 15.18.5 (local TV version on 15.25.8 which is currently the latest Windows version available)
Am I missing anything re. troubleshooting steps?
The Business license we pay for is no longer reliable given all this and has let us down.
