Why will TeamViewer not cancel my subscription until December, 2022

I am one of many who missed the month deadline to not get charged for another year. I have been told that I must wait until December 2022 before I can cancel my subscription. I want it canceled now. Why? Why would a company force someone to be a client? How many people are in the same boat as me that will show up in a stock report as a willing client happy with the product? Will any financial decisions be made based on numbers. Not only did they not cancel my subscription, they signed me up for all these other services. Do people at TeamViewer realize what they are doing?

Thanks for reaching out and Welcome to the Community!

Yes, cancellations must be submitted in our ticket system at least 28 days before the end of the initial subscription term or any subscription renewal term. However - it is saying at least and this means you can cancel the renewal earlier.

What other services are you referring to?

I am trying to cancel my subscription 12 months before the end of my contract and am told I must wait until December 2022 before my account will be deleted. My preference is to cancel it now. I have no use for this software.
