TeamViewer License
Hi, I purchased a license for team viewer back in August but my subscription is still saying that it is the free version. After doing some research, I have learned that we were suppose to activate it from a link sent to our account, but it is possible the email was sent to somebody that no longer works for us. How can I get my account activated?

Usually, a purchase confirmation email along with an activation link is sent to the registered billing email address.
As you said, the activation link is required for activating your TeamViewer account with the license.

We don't have the invoice number, is there a way the support team would be able to look up our account with our credit card number? It seems that we have a reoccurring payment on our account because the same amount has came out at the same time for the past two years. Also, is there a phone number I can call to reach somebody directly. I have called the support team a couple of times and have been on hold for over an hour.
