Hi Everyone,
Teamviewer is asking for partner password which had not happened before. This is impossible to get as my father in a nursing home is now in complete lockdown with Covid and he is too sight-impaired to read anything on the computer.
TeamViewer is programmed to start with Windows and to grant easy access to his computer so I am unsure why this is happening.
As he is showing signs of dementia, playing his favourite music through his computer helps. He is also able to hear his friends on **Third Party Product** which he enjoys. I usually restart his laptop through Teamviewer though sometimes get the nurses to start it. But the staff are run off their feet and understandably lack the time to start it at times.
Can anyone help me resolve it as it means a lot to me and Dad to keep up our communication.
