Hi There, I purchased a cheap Android Laser Tablet running Android Go to connect via Zoom to my mother in a nursing home as we can't visit her. I call her on the phone and talk her through opening quick support, which she can do and a connection is made but I can not control her tablet remotely even though I have installed the Universal add-on (which I talk her through authorizing) I can message, transfer files etc but when I try to remote control I get a message that the partner has rejected my request. Am I doing something wrong?
