I have an HP laptop (Windows 10) whose screen no longer works. I have therefore always accessed this laptop with a remote maintenance program (TeamViewer, **Third Party Product**) using a Mac Book Pro.
Now I have the problem that the screen is always displayed square. I have changed the settings on the remote maintenance program as well as on the laptop itself and still I don't manage to have a normal full screen.
To check if it's the problem with the laptop or the display of the remote maintenance program, I connected the HP laptop to the TV using an HDMI cable and realized that the screen is still displayed square. So i assume it is a problem with the laptop.
Unfortunately I don't know how to fix it. I hope someone of you can help me.
