My parents live far away and within the last couple days when trying to help them I haven't been able to connect. They have a Samsung A0370s model. I have the TeamViewer Host app installed on their device. The error I'm receiving is: Authentication rejected. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling TeamViewer Host App by using **Third Party Product** (another remote app) but to no luck. I tried to restart my parents device and that failed also. I then signed out and signed back in and now the error says the username and password do not match. I've made sure the password and user account is correct but I continue receiving that same error. I've logged into other devices and it works fine. I've even tried changing my password and still can't login. My husband eventually set up a TeamViewer account of his own and we tried logging in with the new account and the error is username and password do not match. I believe I tried all I could and would like some assistance please. We live far away so it's not easy for us to just walk over and fix if for them. Is there something we can do to resolve this issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
