Private to commercial on remote computer

Hi all, I have just purchased a licence to go from private to commercial. I have done it on my remote computer, but don't know how to set things up so my account says its now a paid subscription - in other words, I'm still getting the 'free' licence popups & disconnections.

How do I fix this issue - really need help, in the quickest & simplest steps - please

In order to activate your license, it requires the activation link.

Could you check your inbox on your email to see if you have received it, please?

Once you confirmed the activation link, kindly ask you to check our knowledge article for the activation procedures.

The activation guide is different by license type, therefore, please make sure to check the appropriate guide for your license.
