Hello, I have recently purchased this tablet for my mum who stays alone and tried to install TeamViewer however I keep getting an error - Unable to connect. Reason unknown. On searching the support articles, I saw references to update the app but I just downloaded it so it’s the latest. Also tried add on for Lenovo but no luck. Just wanted to check if this model is supported and if anyone has successfully managed to remote control this tablet?
