New user cannot activate - when they click on resend activation email they never receive one. I checked email logs and there is no trace. Other users created prior have no issue. Can i resend from console?

Did you check if a TeamViewer account has been created for these users?
Can you see these users in your User Management tab of the Management Console?
yes - it is one user, i tried deleting and recreating and still no email goes out. I created a test user and email went out.
I have similar problem with the people that have not activated their accounts immediately. At the moment I have this issue with 1 account. I would be glad if you can advise what is the best approach on that.
the mod activated the account on the back end - i have not had motre issues with any new accounts yet
